A sense of deep well-being, thriving and happiness is possible when we are attuned to ourselves, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Self-care is taking time to attune to your inner state of being, your feelings, your body, your energy so that you are resourced from within and can live from a place of inner harmony, connection, and heart presence.

In the Self Care Nourishing Retreat we will take time to attune to ourselves by clearing the accumulated stress in our body, offering space for our feelings to be digested and our mind to return to a state of inner equilibrium, and allowing the deeper call of our soul to be heard and to come alive.

Most often when we begin to feel stressed, disconnected, more reactive it is a sign we are not listening and hearing a deeper voice of our heart. The list of tasks, demands of the world, and emotional stress veils our natural connection with our heart, our joy, and our sense of well-being.

I am honored to guide us back home to ourselves through simple practices of healing meditations, nourishing movement, and connecting to our source energy.

We will connect to the breath of life, ground into our bodies, allow undigested feelings and stress to clear from our energy field, listen to our intuitive knowing and wisdom and awaken to our inner aliveness, joy, and deep ease.


My great wish is for us to re-attune with our heart, body, and soul, because they already have the answers for us when we are willing to pause, to feel, and to listen.
